
Refund/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may receive a full refund without having to return your items (cupcakes). This does not apply for gift cards or any other special items including pops.

However, your refund may include store credit or an exchange of item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUND/CANCELLATION
You need to request a refund within 2 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. After the 48 hour window has passed, you will then be granted a store credit and able to fulfill that store credit within six months. We also allow cancellation of orders placed within two days; we do not charge extra fees for cancelling an order online, through the phone or in store purchase.

REFUND PROCESS
Notify Verdamae’s Cupcakes through email or phone. We advise letting us know two to three days in advance, that way we can retrieve your transaction information on time. After receiving a refund through phone, please expect the refund to process within two or three days.
